@LegsDay You can use the Advanced Building Level Control mod to stop them from upgrading.

They need props, decor, trees, fences and bushes ....... but other then that whenever I use this, once they level up houses form other packs start leaking in. so they "upgrade" into much smaller houses that r clearly different styles :steamsad:

KD1550 : This is the normal operation of cities skylines. You can raise houses with the Move It mod.

The houses are partly sunken in sloping areas. How to fix this ?

LateralusXs : That's just the style. To see the assets you must be a subscriber. This is done through the Style tab of the Content Manager. I don't have any photos of the assets, so I can't post any.
