This is my first workshop item created

Backstory - Player in game mentioned how rust does not have a "Hemp" type skin in the game and it gave me the idea to go ahead and create one. As for the name, Chronic is a slang term for marijuana.

Skin details - A white base with green and black secondary, stamped with hemp plants along the side.

Sales pitch - With this skin you'll be hitting "dank" shots and "doinking" on kids!
