Chrome Crowbar Replacement

Description
A simple addon that will replace your crowbar's default red paint with a fresh, shiny one.

If a map has a strange cubemap the crowbar may look mismatched and funky.

I did not originally make these .vmts!!! This was taken from this gamebanana skin: https://gamebanana.com/skins/6599
