Helicopter rotor torque - Updated, now with reverse thrust for all thrusters!

Modification on Digi's realistic thrusters that requires you put a tail rotor on a helicopter to prevent it spinning violently.

This will:

* Limit helicopter speed to 60m/s

* If it finds TLB jets, limit their thrust if they're angled too steeply (no VTOLs)

* Require a helicopter tail rotor

* Deploy "realistic-ish" thrust, scaled to 0.5 and configurable

* If there is a ! as the first character of custom data for that thruster, either the torque (for helicopter rotors and tail rotors) or the thrust (for other thrusters) will be reversed. Handy for making pusher prop designs in servers that don't have pusher prop blocks, or for making Chinook type helicopters.

Also includes a gyrocopter rotor.
