It might still function but you are better off not trying it, as I cant test to make sure its working as intended. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them and make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.

This mod makes it so that AI doesnt ignore each other if they dislike each other enough. Basically, in my opinion and personal experience, there is an issue where AI factions will not declare war on each other even if they really dislike each other (even at -1000 standing!) if they are both at war with the human player or if the AI considers they have enough wars going on at the moment, and usually war with the player is enough wars for most factions.

HOW IT WORKS
What this mod does is that if an AI faction has -200 or worse standing with another AI faction, it will roll a random number between 0 and -1000. If the standing is less than the random number roll, the AI will declare war. Meaning that starting at -200, an AI has 1 in 5 chances of declaring war to the AI it dislikes, and as the standings deteriorate the more likely it is that they will, at -500 they will have a 50% chance to declare war per turn and at -1000 and beyond it will be 100%, though unlikely they will reach that point before having declared war before with this mod.

For example, if Khemri dislikes the Dwarfs at -300, if it rolls between 0 and -300 it will declare war, if it rolls between -300 and -1000, it will not declare war, meaning at -300 there is a 30% chance it will.

This is to prevent the map becoming stale and AI focusing too much on the player when they have other actual enemies they can fight as well. Situations like the picture posted on the mod pictures, where they have been hating each other for 50 turns but since they are both at war with the player, they have never declared war between each other.

If you are looking at this mod youve probably seen this behaviour, Greenskins not declaring war on the Empire even at extreme hate, and so on. Usually happens when confederations are involved. Greenskins mightve been killing an elector count, then Empire confederates them and Greenskins never end up declaring war on Empire.

Note
This is only for AI vs AI, the AI is already trigger happy enough to declare war on human players at any moment.
This will also do very little in early game and on my simulations, the mod usually does few war declarations in the entire game, since most of the time, factions that hate each other as much tend to be at war. This is the way I wanted it to be, the mod's influence being in very few, but important cases to help move wars along and keep the AI a bit more busy.

Compatible with any overhauls like SFO or Radious.
Savegame compatible, can be activated and deactivated at any time.

For what it is worth, playing in single player, still works fine for me. Love this mod, essential to my experience in any campaign.

wishlist for AI: make the AI factions also consider their own specific campaign goals when deciding how to distribute resources in addition to whether or not they are at war with the player.
