[TFA] BONEWORKS Crowbar

Description
The crowbar from BONEWORKS now on the TFA base!

Model ported by combine_soldier with physics fixed by me.
This is my first port to TFA so let me know if there's anything I could improve.

I know literally everyone else has said it, but the crowbar has no sounds and deals no damage.
And yes, I do have TFA base installed. It's likely a mod conflict, but I'm not disabling 500+ mods and manually re-enabling them to get a single one working.
