Looking at the narrow sash windows upstairs, you can just imagine there's an immigrant family with several kids crowded into a couple rooms, a fat guy hosting DnD games for his friends, and a techie who's listed the apartment as the mailing address for a new startup. These buildings are super atmospheric. Love them!

Love your Mod Playlists, Just downloaded them all. If you get one building, might as well get others that fit the same genre too, right??!

Find it mod. You can place them directly on top of commercial zoned area or you can use plop the growables mod to plop them anywhere.

There's a lot of base-game low density stuff. Odds are that these are there but they just didn't spawn. Use a search mod to find and plop them or zone more

HI, im kinda new but these dont show up in the game after I subscribed and placed a strip of low comm zone. am i missing other prop or something?
