My best score was 46/61/6. It is possible to do it in 5 blocks by abusing 2 rotators, which allows you to use only one pusher, but that solution has a huge footprint and cycle cost.

I wonder what lead everyone to do it the way they did? Since simple clock that pushes 1 block repeatedly (so without the last 3 blocks optimization) makes a 35 cycles solution. Using the last 3 block optimization makes it 4 cycles faster.

That was neat, thank you. 46/56/12 is possible, but so is 40/246/80.
I made four separate timers from lifters and pushers that trigger on cycle 38. This pushes 3 connected pushers onto sensors forcing an arm to move the last 3 products into the output zone in one go.
