Shorter Truces

A simple mod that makes truces from certain CBs shorter.

- De jure, claims, Pagan conquest, Muslim conquest, etc have been reduced to a truce of one year.

- Pressing multiple claims will create a truce of three years.

- Most faction wars will end in a truce of three-five years.

- Holy wars are reduced to a truce of five years.

- Invasion CBs still create a truce of ten years.
