Cursed Uno, Update V6.1: The Negative Update (And some Quality of Life Improvements)

Description
Sure, default UNO is a great game. But, what if you wanted EVEN MORE content (Maybe at the expense of making the game cursed?)
Formerly known as "Extended Uno", Cursed Uno adds tons of cards that make the game cursed, but still playable and fun; it's a nice twist for anyone that may be bored of the default uno formula. It's deck consists of 1062 and gameplay is still similar to a regular UNO deck (somewhat). Take a look at the screenshot above for a good idea of what kind of cards you will be playing with (Keep in mind, the only colour represented in the screenshot is brown. There are actually 8 different colours including brown) I wont go over EVERYTHING here, but I will go over a couple of the features and give a deck composition of what cards are available!

You can find out what each new card does by hovering over it in game. It will explain what that exact card does, but here I will explain some of the new changes and some general rules.

4 new colours: Cards in colours Orange, Gray, Purple and Brown now exist. Wildcards can choose between any of these colours.

Gift Cards: Come in 8 colours. These cards allow you to give another player any card from your hand. Can create some funny plays by giving other people cards that they wouldn't want to have.

Explosive cards: Explosive cards, including "Dynamite", "Bomb", "Nuke", and "NucleaRNG" are cards that, when initially recieved, will cause the person who recieved them up to draw EXTRA cards. They remain in your hand until you play them, but you can do some sneaky plays by giving these explosives to other players from your hand, causing them to pick up more.

Defuse cards: Come in 8 colours. Can be used to protect you from any explosive, as long as the current discard pile colour is the same as the defuse you own. Can also be played like any other coloured card.

RNG cards: RNG cards involve the use of the dice. Other players will see that you have an RNG card in your hand, but they won't know which one.

Secrets: Secrets are cards that stay in your hand and can't be played (with some exceptions), and instead they wait for a certain action to be accomplished by other players. If that action is completed, they can cause something to happen (shown on the card) and the secret is revealed to everyone. After that action is used, the secret is put onto the discard pile, underneath the current top card. Your actions cannot trigger your own secrets. You must tell everyone that your secret was triggered on the first instance that someone activated it. Everyone knows you have a secret card in your hand, they just don't know which one.

Gauntlet, Poison, Padlock, Key, and Doppelganger cards: I won't go over what these cards do, but these cards are all visible inside your hand (Everyone knows you have these cards, if you have them)

Hearts, Diamonds, Spades and clubs: These cards, by default, do not allow wildcards to be placed on them, and cannot be placed onto wildcards. However, the main point of me adding these cards is so YOU can add your own custom rules with them. Want the heart cards to make you discard two cards? Sure, make that a rule. Want the diamonds to be able to be played at the same time as other diamond cards, even of different colours? Cool! do that! Want club cards to make you win instantly once you play them??? Do it, I guess?

Negative Cards : These cards, when played, allow you to discard extra cards straight from your hand There are four variants: -1s, -2s, -4s and -8s, I am sure you can figure out which one does what. There is a catch, however; You cannot discard the last card from your hand in this way. I mean, if you can't get down to 1 card, forget to say "Uno", and then get blasted by all of your friends AND their grandmas that you forgot to say the name of the game, are you REALLY playing Uno?
Additionally, the right "Negative Card" can be played into an incoming +1, +2, +4 or +8 chain to defend yourself, continuing the chain to the next player but making the stakes of the chain much lower, as it substracts the total value of the chain. Additionally, a chain can also be completely cancelled if enough "Negative Cards" are played.

Hashtag Cards : Formerly from "Dos", these cards come in all 8 colours and can be played onto any number card of any colour, and any coloured number card can be played onto any colour of hashtag card. A wild variant exists that forces the next player to place down number cards of the colour chosen (Or, a wildcard if the they have one).

Roulette Cards : Cursed Uno: Now with guns! These cards let you pick all your enemies, and have one of them pick up cards at random, through a dice roll. Coloured variants make the loser of make the loser of the diceroll pick up 2 cards, however they can save themselves from this fate with a -2 card, or start a +2 chain with a +2 card. A wild variant exists that makes the loser pick up 4 instead, however a played -4 or +4 can still save them.

Give this game a try, maybe you'll like it. Additionally, feel free to request some changes, including new cards, changing the proportions of each card in the deck, etc...
Oh, and please make sure to report bugs, such as typos and things.

I won't promise I will fix and add things instantly, but I will probably do it at some point in the future if I get time.

You can find out what each new card does by hovering over it in game. It will explain what that exact card does, but here I will explain some of the new changes and some general rules.

For a full breakdown of the types of cards you can find in this deck, check the ingame notebook.

If you want a modular version, where you can drag and drop most of the different types of cards to make your own custom deck, here is a link:

i was not expecting that to be as fun as it was, this is really good. it's surprisingly easy to pick up, i love that the suit cards are customizable instead of explicit rules, and it's actually a lot less crazy than i expected. it's actually funny instead of being loaded with meme humor like i was worried about, thank you so much!

I was wondering if I can have all image files of the cards as I am not lying, I have a plan of printing out each card and maybe making this an legit physical game for me and my friends IRL. (also family)

Hey, a friend and me made our own, modified and extended version of your mod (with own modified cards, using your background texture, rulebook etc.), would it be okay to publish it, if we credited you as the original creator?:melon:

do discarded cards from the negative cards go to the top of the played cards, below the negative card or as a separate discard deck?
