Population Mod

Description
Population mod rebalnced population in Imperator. My goal was to make the game feel more realistic and challenging.

Assimilation and Conversion have been slowed, and you need to focus more on managing your diverse empire. Cities convert much faster than the areas further away from your authority.

Cut the penalty for foreign culture from -30% Happiness to -10% Did not change AE except that your primary culture is never bothered by it being high bring glory to Rome!

Citizens produce more income, tribesmen produce more manpower for tribes.

Revamped settlement desired pop ratios. 10.20.70.0 for settlement 40.40.20.0 cites. Tribes are 10.0.40.50 and 20.10.20.50 for cities. Buildings change pop ratios more.

Building have all been changed/revamped Temples and Theaters will be vital for spreading your culture and civilization.

New Hybrid Cultures are present in the mod primarily in the Diadochi Kingdoms. Graeco-Egyptian, Graeco-Persian etc.

Many more minorities and new religions and cultures. Including Off-map Slavic and Tengri Barbarians that can appear from time to time and cause havoc.

All cities have forts, halved the base cost of forts.

Recommend Playing on Hard Difficulty as it helps the AI manage their population better.

More Barbarians.

Much less Mercenaries, one company per region with max size being 20.

No End date

and much much more.

Cheers Rex.

is there a way to have city forts as optional? I really like this mod, but every city getting a free fort really slows down combat (for me at least)

is it compatible with 1.3.2?

I really am annoyed with the amount of slaves within the population and how the policy system we have already doesn't seem to work in the game.

Previously settlements were 100% slave. now they are 10% citizen 20% freemen and 70% slave for civilized countries. for tribes it is 10% citizen, 40% tribesmen and 50% slave.
