YOU CANNOT PLAY IN A SERVER THAT HAS sv_consistency 1 COMMAND RUNNING ON, PLEASE TYPE sv_consistency 0 TO CONSOLE IF YOU ARE GONNA OPEN LOCAL/LISTEN SERVER!

Replaced sound of the rifle with Insurgency Sandstorms M24
Reduced the magazine size to 10 bullets because to fix right hand crap thing.

I dont get it, the sound of the sniper too loud? If it is sure i can lower the sound of the rifle, or you can just lower the game sound
