TRGM2 is a fully randomized mission, there is no need to set a mission, just click the play button and go (If you want to configure the settings, there is a simple menu at startup where you can configure mission types and additional settings)

You start a mission at a base or camp near the AO, from here you plan how to get to the AO, to get there? to fly? or fly in AI transport team.
