Description
I didn't see a combined version of this game, so I frankensteined together this from different mods...

Press one of the 2 pink bags to setup

If there are any flaws in the setup, please let me know :).

A few errors in the 1941 setup:

Archangel: +2 inf.
Baltic State: +1 inf. (3 total)
Australia: +1 art., +1 AAgun
India: +1 AAgun
Italy: +1 AAgun, +1 ind. complex
Manchuria: Japan control marker (not necessary but fun)
Kiangsu: Japan control marker (same)
Japan: +1 AAgun, +1 ind. complex

hmm. If some1 could help me how to get the setup bags to work that would be great. It says place to setup, but I can't wrap my head around it how to do it.
