(The icons and artwork aren't particularly polished, and a large part of the Civilopedia entries are taken from Wikipedia because I got lazy, but the main gameplay elements are working, so I'm happy with it.
I actually finished this mod back in October, but forgot to upload it.)

This is my first mod, so please point out any bugs and errors so I can fix them, thanks!
