Description
Another Federation "Character" house for your "Leafy suburbs".

You will only need chimney props by Geze. Ideally, you also use "Plop the Growables" and "Move It".

2k textures

Ideal if you're building a city in Australia. This is an amalgamation of a couple of homes on the North Shore of Sydney. One in Roseville, the other in Mosman.

The building takes up nearly all of its 2x4 footprint, so provide a really deep block to allow for front and back yards (pool, tennis court, garage).
