Description
This mod reduces empires' cluster initializers. Changing the safe systems that cannot spawn marauders, hostiles, some anomalies, and other special systems from two jumps from the homeworld to one.

After some testing, it is working, but it doesn't affect the new origins systems, Void Dwellers or Shattered Ring. I can't get it to work with those and they bug out if I try to change them.

The base game has smaller Empire Clusters now too, so that only the homeworld has safe systems at two jumps, and guaranteed neighbors only one, so this mod is not needed as much now.

Going through my mod list and this is one of the mods that looks small enough to still work with 2.6. Just to confirm my suspicion, is this the case?
