It's NOT banning any players on multiplayer mode. It's only vaporizing things, so it'll look like it's banned.

This is the fan-based ban hammer from the new GMod: Idiot-Box Episode 12. If you don't know what it is, go watch the episodes now! Credits for the hammer go to PYROTEKNIK.

Why is this outdated? It works fine with the hammer model in description installed.
It can even kill nextbots
