Enemy Armor

Description
After NG+10, enemies will gain super armor that allows them to resist massive damage

-Normal & Elite Enemies can only take at most 50% of their maximum HP, with diminishing returns setting in after the damage goes above 25% of their max HP.
-Minibosses can only take at most 25% of their maximum HP, with diminishing returns setting in after the damage goes above 12.5% of their max HP.
-Bosses can only take at most 13.2% of their maximum HP, with diminishing returns setting in after the damage goes above 6.6% of their max HP.
-The final boss can only take at most 10% of his maximum HP, with diminishing returns setting in after the damage goes above 5% of his max HP.

(This does not affect any Decimate effects like Judgement, Vicious Cuts, etc)
