Black Ark for Lokhir Felheart (FIX)

Reupload of Black Ark for Lokhir Fellheart by XAnd^ , fixed for the latest patch. Someone asked me for this and I was planning to play him soon and it was a quick edit so figured why not. If original mod maker shows up/updates the original one I will take this down.

Let me know if you have any problems with this as I havent the time to do a lot of testing with it (holidays and all) and tested for a couple dozen turns.

NOTE
Unfortunately its not possible to give Lokhir the Black Ark's attack from sea mechanics the black arks now have because that is tied to the feature that doesnt allow them to go on land. The mod maker wouldve had this same problem were he to update the mod.

It might still function but you are better off not trying it, as I cant test to make sure its working as intended. I havent got the time anymore to update my mods unfortunately, but they are up for grabs if anyone wants to continue them and make their own versions, anyone is allowed to do anything with any part of any mod I made.
