Description
The Sister-Complex Kingpin of Steel, not much here. most likely going to update him at some point. Animations aren't as smooth as id like. I've got to add some lag to some moves, and some moves need to be outright replaced (like U-Strong) so he is far from complete. but I thought I'd just have this up on the workshop so people can give me their opinions, this is my first character and I'm not a very good artist so sprites look a little weird, but I hope you can find some enjoyment out of him anyway.

omg UTilt to UStrong is crazy lol. Really cool but they feel super strong. This is only at first look though so take what I said with a grain of salt

I think that this is a really great character, but i think he excels at being far too powerful than he should be.
Like Blake said, Ustrong is really big, and comes out frame 9. i'd reduce the size of the hitbox and make it quite a bit slower. Fspecial also does a lot of damage, and while it's not too fast it can kill at like 50% so i'd reduce it's knockback a bit to make it more of a strong kill setup tool rather than a kill option itself. Nair is also a bit strong, as it's very fast, which is fine for a nair, but also does crazy damage. maybe a slight speed reduction alongside a considerable damage reduction could help. Lastly, Dspecial could use less damage and knockback, along with increased endlag. as of right now it's fairly spammable.

The only move i think could quite possibly use a buff is Utilt, as you can't hit grounded opponents with it. maybe reducing the current hitbox, but adding secondary, bigger but weaker hitboxes that can get your opponent off the ground could help?
