Remove Health Penalty (for Wormwood)

Description
Allows Wormwood to restore (or lose) health by eating food.

For a balanced gameplay: Restores/Loses 50% health from any food (by default). Configurable!


Also available for Don't Starve (RoG, SW and Hamlet)

nice mod m8,i never played wormwood because,i live for pierogies,but now i can play him without fearing for my life every 10 seconds near a enemy thinking i need to farm poo for 10 hours straight ,very epic (this is a joke,but the part i said the mod is good is not a joke)

the mod's title is a little bit weird(not so obvious), i think it should be like "reduce food healing penalty"
