Description
  • The Nimbus Class light Explorer is a long duration, all purpose planet and space going vessel intended specifically for survival situations. Designed to be super efficient on fuel, power and resources along with its ease of construction and all purpose nature, it becomes the go to ship for all early-mid game survival needs. It can hold enough ore and components that it also makes for a good inexpensive hauler and fast enough to be a good blockade runner or smuggling ship and enough firepower to make it a solid pirate vessel. With processing facilities onboard it can make components for bases and craft. It also has enough fuel onboard for around 2 hours of sustained flight in a planets gravity well.


    We specifically cut advanced systems such as jump drives to save on resources, though some resourceful engineers have modified the chassis to accommodate for such advanced systems.


    Its open cockpit makes for easy piloting and its compact dimensions help during maneuvering through asteroid fields. When it comes to defensive weaponry it supports 4 large turrets, a frontal Gatling Cannon and 9 small defensive turrets. Your best defense for anything large is to turn on your boosters and jet out of danger! No one will be able to catch you.

I built it on a survival server , its awesome, added a few things such as assembler and a dock for my miner ship in back, but overall nothing different, glad i built it. great ship.
