Description
Tired of enemies getting back up with -200 damage to limbs?

Find it silly that enemies can be unconscious for 934 seconds instead of just dying?

Really hate when you're forced to watch your arch enemy lay in the "dying" condition instead of finishing them off?

You're not alone!

With the Finisher Feature Mod you'll be able to collect the skulls of your enemies and kill them once unconscious.

This mod allows the player to kill most human-like enemies, (Sheks, Greenlanders, Scorchlanders) by removing their skull from their inventory. They aren't worth much, but removing them ends a fight for good.

(This mod applies to most enemies within the game, but is not applied to boss enemies or important characters. Some enemy types who are non-human may also sometimes have a skull item in their inventory because of the random nature of the class they spawn as. [For example a Hiver might spawn with one once and a while] This is not intended but doesn't harm the gameplay much.] This mod is not applied to animals or creatures.)

This mod can be used at any time and does not need a new game, though I did notice that some enemy units that were saved near my last save location were missing the skulls. This should refresh as new units load in.

Thanks to @Sr.Tabulador for the fix!
I can confirm that his method works. For those of you who want this mod to continue to work on the newest versions of Kenshi, please do the following:

1. Download the old 0.97 version of Kenshi through the BETAS tab under the games properties menu.

2. Open Kenshi with the finisher mod loaded.

3. Close Kenshi and redownload the newest update. The mod will be working again.

[As a side note, I tried to reupload a new version of the mod, and it didn't not let me update the mod.] I would have to make a whole new Mod page in the workshop].

Ok, solved. All I had to do was downgrade to the old version (0.97), open the game, close it, and update it again to the normal/current version. All working again.

Maybe it's because the last update, but the mod seems to have stopped working

@Vermilion Knight Oh ok, my apologies, I was thinking they seemed humanoid, being bipedal, etc. Haha, whoops! Thanks for clearing that up. Your mod works great!

The mod only applies to humanoid characters (Ref first paragraph), which Hivers aren't apart of.
This is intentional, as I found them to be pretty frail and easy to kill permanently. They are also kind of a "creature" rather than a human like character, so I suppose a human looking skull wouldn't really fit their heads. haha

Thanks for investing time in this mod though, I hope you're enjoying the game!

Funnily enough, I did that today and no luck. I got what appeared to be a successful KO, with the sound effect in text form above his head. When I tried to loot him, no skull. He was a Hiver, if that matters.

I believe you can actually knock them unconscious while they're sleeping for the same effect. If you're going for a stealth build kind of assassin approach, you should have a pretty decent stealth knock out skill level.

Just knock them out and take their skull, and boom! You've got yourself a dead enemy in bed. lol
