8sianDude's MP5A3 - Rescript + Icon + Sign

Description
An icon, rescript and Whitaker gun shop sign for a customized MP5A3 with a suppressor tacked on.
Use with 8sianDude's MP5A3. Alters the stats of the MAC-10 submachine gun, so each shot hits harder, in exchange for you having less ammo to haul around with. Basically Alex's MP5SD rescript.
Tested in singleplayer. Since scripts are involved to mess with the stats, it might be more complicated to use online.

[STAT TWEAKS]
- 31 damage per shot (DEF: 25)
- 800 RPM fire rate (DEF: 960)
- 30-round magazine (DEF: 50)
- Assault rifle reserve - 360 stocked ammo (DEF: SMG reserve/650)
