[WIP] Medium Lifter Omega MkII

Description
A medium ship I'm curently designing to merge with another ship to take from planet surface to space and back. I didn't want to make a ship with all 3 types of thursters so I'm making this one so that my space only ship can still go to and from planet with some help.

At the moment, I have tested it to be able to hover and go to space with two full large grid, large cargo containers.

It is vanilla (with some DLC items), some improvements can be made using some modded block.

Still to do:
- Add light
- Finish armor
- Add some Automatic LCD 2 and configure screens
- Design Small base to test with
