Ehm why?
Malekith hated Chaos, so did Khaine even if Khorne liked both of these guys. Khaine even helps (both)the elves fight Khorne.
And the Morathi chaos is from Slaanesh, or translated from Eltharin ''she who devours''
Malekith wants to do so little as possible to feed all the chaos gods even though he does wanna feed Khaine

It works well, but the problem with public order is that the base "religion" of the dark elves is untainted, but you add chaos corruption, wich is from another "religion", so maybe changing the dark elves religion in Startpos should fix that, and should work with mods that add "state religion" bonus, adding chaos corruption instead of untainted.
