Twilight of Empires AtEff
this is an edited version of the mod twilight of empires to work with After the end: Fan fork as its
standard version breaks certain aspects of the mod. I asked the modmaker for permission to do this.

Update:
-bugfix to stop empires of rebels and pirates repeatedly collapsing

If this mod could be updated for 1.0, that would be cool.

I seem to be having a hard time using this mod. When I subscribe, it goes into the mod folder as it should, but on the starting menu for choosing menus, it does not show up as an option. I unzipped the folder and found a mod file called 'descriptor', and moved it to the mod folder, and then the choice to activate the mod was there, but unfortunately then when I loaded the game with this mod activated, once it got to the start screen in-game, it said the mod failed to start in the required time.
