THE EXPANSE - MCRN Morrigan

This ship is vanilla and survival ready. It does use DLC blocks for aesthetic improvements, but those blocks are entirely or almost entirely not structurally necessary. If you do encounter a major issue, please, let me know so I can resolve it.

Knightmare Industries presents the MCRN Morrigan (again). This is an updated version of the design, including a completely redone interior. The design is more true to the canon version with more accurate armaments, but contains greater versatility for travelling.

LORE:
The MCRN Morrigan is a new Patrol Destroyer, part of a modernization program started by the Martian Congressional Republic. The program includes the larger Corvette Class and the much larger Donnager Class Battlecruiser. The Morrigan Class Patrol Destroyer is the smallest design to house an Epstein Drive. It is very lightly armed with two PDC's and two torpedo launchers. Living space on Patrol Destroyers is cramped and assignment to them is less desirable.

Space Engineers Stuff:
This ship is a small, lightly armed large grid ship with a full and proper interior using the decorative blocks dlc. It's built approximately to the scale of one block per meter. The ship is fairly similar to its namesake from The Expanse, but with the necessary changes for use in Space Engineers. It has some planetary atmo capability, it is capable of resisting up to 1.10g, but it won't be ideal for extensive operations, as it has but 2 Hydrogen Tanks. The armaments is 2 Rocket Launchers and 2 Gatling Turrets. You're welcome to change that if you desire, as it really isn't much. The ship is propelled by a mix of Hydrogen and Ion Thrusters, and carries 2 Jump Drives. There are no refineries or assemblers on board, and the ship has a Survival Kit for respawning.

I use a light changing script to switch around the interior light settings. Its an older script and I couldn't find the original creator. The script was updated by ColTeH so that I could use it.

I've uploaded another one. I think I've put 5 different versions of this ship in total on the workshop at this point, and if you haven't guessed, I like the Morrigan / Scipio Africanus / Patrol Destroy a lot. It's probably my favorite ship right now. After putting the Lapithes on the workshop, I felt the urge to redo this design. I felt the last version I'd put up wasn't quite doing the trick. Yes, if you scale this one, it is bigger than the canon version, but that allows me to give it a relatively decent interior. It also has good travel capability, albeit with limited armaments. I hope you enjoy this ship, I know I will be.
