Based on the Dassault Falcon 8X, a triple engine, small passenger jet currently in development by manufacturer Dassault.

It was modeled on a 1:1 scale; it's 24,3 m long, 26,2 m wide and 7,95 m high.

The game will give a warning of high polygon count. Since props are intended to usually be small things, ~8 m wide, this one is 26, so in my opinion it's a bit justified to have more detail. Either way, as long as you don't cover your city in it, it should be fine and not melt your computer.
