Hi community,

to give city builders a bit more creative leeway, I wanted to create a residence that can be combined seamlessly with an expanded garage level building. So this pack is made for using the Move It mod. Fits best together as can be seen on the screenshots. But there are different ways to combine them.

Pack also includes a generic version of the residence (size: 3x4) itself.

All three assets come with colour variations.

If you don't use Ploppable RICO, you will find these buildings in your Unique Building panel.
