Meet the Classic Engineer from SFM Workshop from TF2 Comics. Yes, another port from Source Filmmaker. Yes, it's not TFC variant, it's TF2 comic variant. I don't know is he really true Dell's (TF2 Engineer) father or a kind of replacement, but he it is. Not so much as I can tell about this model. But hey, don't camp on intels, okay? Or you can become this.

Don't know about PM, as Classic Sniper was not released in that way.
