@Akephalos: Thanks for the bug report. I'll look into fixing it on the next update.

Thanks for making this mod, I greatly enjoyed playing as Iceland! However, I noticed that the icon for the Torfbaer also shows up in the city screen of other civilizations

Sorry for the spam, but adding another "end" after line 206 in the functions file seems to have fixd it, becuase now the food prints are triggering and the citizen progress ingame is advancing as it should. So yeah, just a missing loop closer

Forgot to mention, in lua.log there is an error from EldjarnFunctions.lua
[251815.781] Syntax Error: C:\Users\Max\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\DuskJockey's Iceland (Kristjan Eldjarn) (v 1)\Functions/EldjarnFunctions.lua:217: 'end' expected (to close 'function' at line 191) near '<eof>'

You're missing a bracket somewhere. I also see in your functions file the print statement you refer to, but it isn't printing in my lua log, so I think something isn't triggering.

I think that would imply the citizen growth progress should grow by an extra 1/turn if it had a Torfbaer next to a forest, but it doesn't seem to, unless that's also hidden behind the scenes? For example, a 1 pop city with 2 food on the city tile and a torbaer on tundra with 1 woods (appears to be 3 food, but should be 4) would get 5 food total (should be 6) , and -2 eaten by the 1 pop. So it should grow at 4 progress/turn, but it grows at 3. Either way, thanks for the response.

@Max: Thank you for this report. I can assure you that the +1 Food from forests does indeed work (you'll find print statements to this effect in your Lua log). The decision to not represent the Food gain via the UI was a stylistic one, which evidently wasn't a good one, given this response. I'll add a way for the player to view the Food gain from Torfbaers via the UI in a future update. Cheers :)

@Yossarian: ok coomer

Interesting ideas, however the +1 food from forests for Torfbaer doens't work. I just get 4 food/1 culture tiles on grassland whether or not there is a forest adjacent. The mountain part seems fine though
