Description

Adds the Confederate States of America as a playable civilization.

More balanced than other versions.

This strikes me as bait. Also I believe southern West Virginia definitely would have joined the CSA had they won. Only the Ohio river counties/nearby areas and northern thired of the state were truly Union. Not to mention that maryland would have been taken.

can i suggest changing the special building to somethimg like a cotton gin that improves production and gold produced from cotton worked by the city instead of a plantation/market its just a thought but it seems confusing between the plantaion improvment and the plantation city building
