Needs update. Either the submarine has the normal flag (but not the correct one for the German Reich) or has none at all.

If I play with the texture streaming disabled mod, the flag doesn't disappear anymore.

I have the same issue, the second a ship is spotted the uboat flag changes to the default one

I seem to have an issue where my flags revert back to normal when I encounter other ships. Do I need to start a new save?
