Description
Here are the new drop rates (approximately):

Green: 15%
Blue: 7.5%
Unique: 2.5%
Legendary (Champions): 1%
Legendary (Normal mobs): 0.1%

Other changes:

10% random enchant chance (default: 4%)
33% of having one socket (default: 25%)
3 sockets max on Greens (default: 2)
6 sockets max on Blues (default value: 5)

No other values have been changed. =P
