The Female Combine Sniper from the japanese arcade game Half-Life 2: Survivor.

The Citizen version has eyes closed/mask.
The Rebel version has red eyes, scars, blonde hair.

This mod replaces female_02.

How to install Synergy mods in 2019:

1/ Suscribe to this mod.

2/ Go to: \steamapps\workshop\content\17520

3/ Copy the file(s)

4/ Paste it/them in \steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom

If the "custom" folder doesn't exist, create one.

5/ Enjoy.
