If you paste it into the world in creative mode, it will have the part you've been missing. (and the other extra parts that have been missing as well, like the armor around the railgun and the missile turret above the hanger)
@Elite One How are you trying to fire the rail gun? I just downloaded it off the workshop myself, went to the main cockpit, and pressed 1, and everything worked as intended. Its a series of preprogrammed groups and timer blocks, you shouldn't need to manually load a thing.
The 'mac' is a series of projectors, merge blocks, and welders that construct a round made of warheads, which is then detached from the ship and launched via the gravity generators on the front. The large armor shields on the nose of the ship 'flex' when preparing to fire a round as a visual cue.
