Crewboard Tweaks - 0.27-0.28

The original mod has been updated for 0.29, it was suggested by Rinart73 that I leave these for anyone that wants to use them for 0.27-0.28 as his new mods are not backwards compatible.

Minimum Avorion Version: 0.23.3
Displays current and required crew workforce in a "Hire Crew" window.

Clientside features:

• Displays current and required crew workforce in a "Hire Crew" window.

Serverside features:

• Fixes an exploit that allowed to hire more crew than station had, while also turning crew amount negative. (fixed in vanilla since 0.24.1)

Installation (additional steps):
You can use this mod in singleplayer without any additional actions.
However, if you want to use while playing on someone's server (and they don't have the mod installed), please ask the server owner to follow the steps below to allow players to use this mod:

1. Create "modconfig.lua" in the server galaxy folder (Instruction[avorion.gamepedia.com])
   
2. Add "allowed" array in the file, if it doesn't exist:
   
   allowed = { }
3. Add "{id = "1722652757"}," and {id = "1756645965"},"" in the "allowed" array:
   
   allowed = { {id = "SomeOtherMod"}, {id = "1722652757"}, {id = "1756645965"}, }

Bug reporting:

1. Provide your game version and list of mods you have activated.
   
2. Give instructions on how to reproduce the bug, step by step.
   
3. Use Pastebin[pastebin.com] to attach links to your client and server logs.
   Client logs: C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\Avorion\
   Server logs: C:\Users\YourProfileName\AppData\Roaming\Avorion\galaxies\GalaxyName\
   
4. Make a screenshot if problem can be seen visually.
