Feudal & Imperial Theocracies

Description
This mod was intended to be used more as a personal mod, to fix a simple pet peeve I've had with Pagan reformations.
Instead, I have polished it up a bit and decided to release it.

Using Pagan reformations you can set your ruler to be the head of the reformed religions,
however for some baffling reason despite being the religion's head, you aren't able to hold any Temple holdings.
This mod aims to fix this by adding two new governments: Feudal Theocracy and Imperial Theocracy.

The new governemts are accessible using title laws, and will require you to either be the religion head, or have some piety.
Once the laws have been enabled a new decision will be enabled that will allow you to switch to the new governemt type.

Compatibility
This mod does not change any vanilla files and should be compatible with most mods.
Features
  • Enable laws with piety or by being the religion head;
  • Switch government type using a decision;
  • Use Feudal Theocratic to be able to have Temple and Castle holdings;
  • Use Imperial Theocratic to be able to have Temple, Castle, and City holdings.

I love this mod, but it's a pity that I can't play this mod with playable theocracy mod. :(

Please forget my last post...turned out I wasn't awake enough at that point, definitely needed more coffee or something as I completely missed fact that I needed not only to enable the laws but that there was also actions on intrigue menu I needed to take after enabling the laws.
Once I spotted that and took the actions it's working fine so great job on the mod.

Had another similar mod that started causing issues so was happy to see this posted.
Sub'd and made sure it was installed then went into game.
Have laws available and changed to imperial so ruler could hold all 3.
However despite the laws still getting the notification for wrong types of holdings.
Not sure if issue is I didn't start completely fresh game but just continued a game in progress or if it's conflicting somehow with one of the other mods I'm running or what.
Suggestions would be great as to what's going wrong.

Another bug, when Imperial Theocratic is selected, rulers on inheritance tend to convert to theocracies.

Nevermind, I fixed it myself. I just had to comment out the title_prefix for the imperial theocracy tier.

Currently my Emperor tier characterwhen using the imperial theocracy government is referred to as a prince, instead of Kaiser, same for his wife.

Or i guess a better way to explain what i mean is if theres a way to enforce Theocracies on your Vassals for maybe a certain amount of piety and maybe all other feudal vassals take an opinion hit as like a "Forced another feudal vassal to become theocracy." and maybe a unique kind of "Holy Order" vassal where you can only have 1 and they have to be a duke level or below. This one would be different from the other holy order in game as they would be dynastic and you would only be able to have one.
