Description
Please, RATE up if you like the work i am doing.

Subscribe and everytime i release update you will find new decisions available in your current game, as they are savegame compatible. And please, if you like the work im doing, dont forget to RATE UP.

This mod is a general flavour pack of some events, decisions and triggered modifiers that i use in my overhaul mods like Third Rome, Purple Phoenix Arise and others marked with tag [VS], that can be used while playing any other country.

Features:

- new decisions
- new events
- new triggered modifiers
- for non-western countries alternative way to westernize is available

Compatibility:

- should be compatible with any other mod
- maybe played with any country. It is limited to human player only. Note, that some decision available only to Monarchy like Adopt an heir.
- NOT compatible with my mods with [VS] tag

My previous work:
Purple Phoenix Arise - not compatible
Third Rome - not compatible


Terms of usages in other mods:

Please do not include any part of the mod in your (public)mod unless you have asked for, and gotten, clear permission. If you would like too use the whole of the mod or a by me developed component of the mod, then please PM me and we will discuss your request. In the request please describe what parts you are interested in, and include a link to your mod. Note that i favor a modular aproach and efforts to insure compability.

Heres a little tutorial on how to update the mod.

Step 1: You will need NotePad++ to do this (this is what i use). Here is a link to the website where you will install the latest version of NotePad++, if the link doesnt work google is your friend. https://notepad-plus-plus.org/

Step 2: after running the application, NotePad ++, and setting it up, you will need to locate the file location of the mod you wish to update. In this case, Universal Flavour Pack mod is located at: Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod, this mod has two files one of them is a media file and the other is a .rar file under the names vsdorimi.

Step 3: now that you have found your mod and have installed NotePad ++, right click the media file and open it with NotePad++. Now all you need to do is create a line to type in the following supported_version="1.17.*.*" or which ever version of EU4 your currently using. The (*) I used in the support_version represents a 0.

Think I found an error.
In decisions/rus_dorimi.txt at line 183 it says "treasure" when it's supposed to be "treasury"?
(also just add-> supported_version="1.13" at the end inside the .mod files using a text editor to get the mod to run)

I'd like to nerf the Ecumencal councils on my copy of your mod, but I can't find it in my mod folder. What is its name? The +10% Missionary strength feels annoyingly OP with very little downside.

its just events and decisions. They are not affected by patches at all
