[XM] Croc Lagoon RRC

Description
Introducing the Reptile Research Center at Croc Lagoon, an extensive Reptile Facility that caters to all reptiles from all around the world.

The facility houses 2 indoor habitats, an underground tunnel system for staff, 20 Reptile Exhibits in a top tower, and 1 large Lagoon for Croc's that can be divided into 2 separate smaller lagoons (screenshots show the two versions). Includes food, drink, gift, RR, and all staff service buildings needed.

Build & Path Notes **Delete the original habitat barrier after placing blueprint, original barrier was just being used as a blueprint capture tool. **Place barriers depending on whether a single or double lagoon is wanted. When placing vegetation in the water area, I just placed greenery according to Zoopedia of Salt-Crocs. **The greenery and ground texture may need to be modified. **To make the path for the top reptile roundabout, make the path circle first, and start the stairs downward where the two red African poles are marked at the top circle, before connecting any exhibit booths.

Have fun and enjoy The Reptile Research Center at Croc Lagoon.
