The iconic cactus creature from the Final Fantasy series is now playable in Rivals of Aether! Poke, clap, slap, and slam your friends!
The Cactuar is very quick so try not to dash off the edge.

Now has Kirby copy ability support! (Although it's slightly bugged; parrying wont reflect it properly)
Now has Trummel & Alto codec support!
Now has Abyss runes support!

BEWARE THE CPU
The levels 7, 8, and 9 CPUs will use abyss runes, you have been warned.

Moveset:
Jab: 2 punches and a kick.
Dattack: Cartwheels forwards
Ftilt: Stabs with a needle with a sweetspot at the tip. Can be angled diagonally upwards or downwards. Easier if you input the Ftilt then hold up/down.
Dtilt: Quick low kick.
Utilt: Headbutts upwards with a sweetspot at the top.

Nair: Quick spin. Hits 3 times
Fair: Diagonal Forwards-Upwards kick.
Bair: Heavy backwards kick; bounces off the enemy.
Dair: Heavy downwards kick; bounces off the enemy.
Uair: Claps upwards with a sweetspot where the hands collide.

Fstrong: Leans way back then slams forwards. Launches diagonally up in the first half and diagonally down in the second.
Dstrong: Ker-Plunk; slams downwards.
Ustrong: Upwards kick flip with a sweetspot in front at the start.

Nspecial: Hold the special button to rapidly fire needles.
Fspecial: Dives forwards and can be canceled into an aerial or other special upon hitting the enemy.
Dspecial: Slams fist into the ground and sprouts a huge cactus in front with an initial sweetspot at the base. Use midair to dunk your foes.
Uspecial: Helicopters skyward.

Taunt: Assert dominance. Legs become intangible because it's funny.
