Alternate unit icons - Vanilla flags only

Description
Some visibility tweaks for unit icons.
NOT compatible with achievements.

This mod probably won't work with your favorite flag mod (if you use any). I'll work on compatiblity patches later.
But if you don't want to wait, here's how to do it:
1 - Replace my "flags" folder with the one from your favorite flag mod
2 - Empty "small" folder
3 - Copy everything from "medium" folder into "small" folder
