The Warden Class Mod v2.0

Description
I want to start by saying that this is not my original class mod. For the original, please go to to https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=906316834&searchtext=warden.
Show Buying gf all of the love for their amazing mod, and Rocktopus64 for the model.

That said, I REALLY love their mod. However, I quickly realized that the class is a bit OP, buggy and overall outdated.
As an artist, I first began working on the Warden by creating alternate color palettes, but my love for the class demanded more.
I have changed a wide variety of things, that hopefully aims to address just that.

-- BUG FIXES --
First off, I have added the last piece of code for the banner_crafting, as Rauhk suggested, fixing the camp bug.
Effect Afraid on Rallying Banner was interally bugged for whatever reason. Fixed it.


-- SKINS--
I have added 3 additional color palettes: Red, Purple (with orange hair), and green tabards.


-- BASE STAT CHANGES --
My philosophy is that the Warden and the Crusader play a similar theme (1H Sword, Full Plated Knights). If so, why should the Warden have stronger base stats? Many nerfs across the board to bring it on par.
From here on out, I will only cover any changes made. If I did not write it in, I did not change it.

RESISTANCES
50% Stun to 30% Stun
50% Disease to 40% Disease
67% Death Blow to 57% Death Blow
30% Trap to 10% Trap

This brings it closer to the Crusader, while making it different enough. (Less Death Blow Res, but higher affliction Reses)

WEAPON DAMAGE
Rank 0: 7-12 DMG to 6-12 DMG, 5% CRIT to 3% CRIT, 3 SPD to 1 SPD
Rank 1: 8-13 DMG to 7-14 DMG, 5.5% CRIT to 4% CRIT, 3 SPD to 1 SPD
Rank 2: 9-15 DMG to 8-16 DMG, 6% CRIT to 5% CRIT, 3 SPD to 2 SPD
Rank 3: 10-16 DMG to 9-17 DMG, 6% CRIT to 6% CRIT, 3 SPD to 2 SPD
Rank 4: 12-18 DMG to 10-19 DMG, 7% CRIT to 7% CRIT, 3 SPD to 3 SPD

-- SKILLS --
My philosophy is that the class is great at what it does. However, some areas could use a nerf, while others could use a buff. Overall, I would call it a bit of a redesign.
However, I am not an expert at this, and I may accidently over do it.

REND:
Rank 0: 0% CRIT to 1% CRIT
Rank 1: 0% CRIT to 2% CRIT
Rank 2: 0% CRIT to 2% CRIT; MOVE 1 Forward; USABLE in 21 to USABLE in 321
Rank 3: 0% CRIT to 3% CRIT; MOVE 1 Forward; USABLE in 21 to USABLE in 321

Why increase the radius of the Warden, and give it move 1 forward? I think this will play better to synergize with her other abilities that require Spot 21 to be used. It makes more sense with the rest of the changes. Also added crit to match the Crusader's Smite ability.

The idea here was to remove the stackable -Dodge from both this and Rallying Banner; instead, give it a more approprate debuff as -ACC and CRIT%. I have also removed Mark Target-- but fear not for it will return in another skill.

I felt like this ability was too punishing, having Hellion Exhaust. The idea is as the Warden grows stronger, she learns how to better utilize her abilities. This is a prime example of that. She loses Hellion exhaust, but she also cannot move back anymore. This could serve a great combo move with FEINT afterwards.
This should be her primary stun ability. To that extent, I have also removed her Man Killer effect. I honestly do not think she needed it here.

So, this one got changed quite a bit too as well. When I think of the Warden reading out a bandits crimes, I feel like they should be marked for death. Extra DMG here is not needed, as this combos well with DMG vs Marked teams. (Did we really need MORE -Dodge? Come on.)

It needed nerfing to the ground. Be honest now. Also, that is not a typo, they were all considered Afraid 1 for some reason.

This is the biggest nerf requested in the comments. The Dodge gained has been slashed by half, and Prot gained was also reduced.
I have also extended the duration, your Warden can actually do something while the buff is active. No more buff stick.
