Obama enters the scene with many different abilities

Ability 1: Able to Spawn Decoy Obamas when Rage is full
Ability 2: Regains Health over time
Ability 3: Obama Decoy Shoots Tank Missile when his Rage is Full
Ability 4: Able to Super Jump when at a far away distance from enemy
