Chandeliers hand from the ceiling. I think those things are called candleabras or something.

@ toaster, seems there is multiple names for the object apparently, there is candle holder, candelabrum & chandelier.
Candelabrum seems to be a chandelier but with more branch for candles.

Wouldn't candelabrum be a better term since it's not really a hanging light? In either case, candles are looking real nice.
