Makes the Draconis Race Mod gas pump object actually buy and sell things at prices more in line with other Starbound vendors.

Originally made for personal use; someone wanted it in their Steam mod collection so now it's here.


This is largely a one-off mod and have no plans to fix it if it ever manages to break with an update to either Starbound or the Draconis Race Mod(though that'd be pretty hard to do considering how little this changes). If it ever DOES break, and someone else wants to fix it, go nuts.
