Description
This mod decreases everyone's starting diplomatic relation slots by one. The intention is to make it less frequent when you want to declare war on someone but they have a million allies. The mod is accomplished by an event that starts at the start of the game. Every nation gets this, and nations that are released later will also get it shortly after being released.

sir, i know you might never read this, but thank you so much. as a smaller nation is often a nightmare when expanding as all major powers are allied to eachother which can make playing the game a chore, as having to wait for favours to buildup is not fun at all.
