Description
Light industrial building with a flagstone facade on two sides. A bit thinner than building 2, but basically the same - it would work well as a corner building or in light commercial areas as well.

Only the building is included, not the sign prop or any of the other props.

Growable, 2x2, industrial generic.

680 tris, 2048x1024 textures (diffuse/spec/normal/color/illumination), 128x128 custom LOD.

Shares textures with and matches my other light industrial buildings, read the description for more information + recommended mods.

Use Find It! mod and search with keywords "spence generic industrial" to find easily when in game.

Preview image is never included on any of my newer assets

Also, the sign prop isn't included as part of the building/lot, so it's not a dependency. You can choose to subscribe to the sign assets and manually place them on this building (or others), or not

Also in your description you point out the "sign prop" isn't included. You should probably include that on the dependencies list.
